The Vocations Committee is a parish committee under the Formation Committee that promotes and encourages religious vocations for men and women of our parish. We work with the Vocations Office of the Archdiocese as well as the surrounding seminaries and convents to serve those individuals interested in religious vocations.

This committee serves as a resource for information on seminaries, convents, and religious orders. We also encourage boys and girls at the grade school level, especially those attending St. Aloysius School and the PREP Program, to be open for the call to religious vocations. The committee also coordinates events such as retreats and days of prayer at various times throughout the year. Most importantly, we continuously offer our prayers for an increase of vocations to the priesthood, brotherhood, and sisterhood as well as encourage others to do the same. This committee coordinates the traveling chalice and represents St. Aloysius at Archdiocese Vocations events.
