Our PTO Mission Statement: 

Our mission is to foster a strong partnership between parents, teachers, and the school community to support the academic success and well-being of every student. Through volunteerism, advocacy, and meaningful engagement, we aim to create an inclusive, welcoming environment where all families feel connected and empowered to make a difference.

Volunteer Opportunities

Our PTO thrives because volunteers share their time, talents, and enthusiasm. Here are the committees currently seeking help.

1. Sunshine Committee

   This committee spreads positivity and support throughout our parish and school staff by celebrating milestones and offering care during challenging times. Whether it’s a birthday, an anniversary, or a moment of hardship, we work to strengthen our sense of community.

   Key Responsibilities:

   • Celebrate personal and professional milestones

   • Coordinate cards, small gifts, and special moments

   • Provide support during illness or loss

2. Fundraising Committee This committee supports our school by planning and overseeing fundraisers that fund PTO programs, events, and classroom needs. Members collaborate with staff, parents, and the PTO board to create fun, effective, and family‑friendly fundraising opportunities.

   Key Responsibilities:

   • Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns

   • Set goals based on PTO priorities

   • Recruit and guide volunteers

   • Communicate with families

   • Work with local businesses and sponsors

   • Track and report fundraiser income and expenses

3. Eagle Volunteer Village (EVV) The Eagle Volunteer Village brings together parents and community members who want to support our school through events, classroom activities, appreciation efforts, and PTO projects. Whether you can help often or just once in a while, your involvement matters.

   Key Roles:

   • Support PTO events and fundraisers

   • Help with appreciation activities

   • Assist with school celebrations and special days

   • Join occasional or one‑time volunteer opportunities

4. Spirit Wear & Used Uniform Committee This team boosts school spirit and supports families by managing spirit wear sales and organizing donated uniform inventory.

   Key Responsibilities:

   • Sell spirit wear throughout the year

   • Run promotions at school events

   • Maintain used uniform inventory

   • Host used uniform sales

   • Communicate apparel updates to families

   • Oversee inventory and payments

  Partner with the PTO Committee, school administration, parish office and parents to create an improved experience for students and staff.

  Ensure PTO activities are approved and aligned with big school administration.  Create opportunities to ensure faculty and staff feel appreciated and supported.

  Partner with room parents to oversee and conduct opportunities held within the classroom to bring our school community together as well as share communication with school families.

  Oversee all St. Aloysius personalized items and apparel sales to supplement our school’s needs and support successful PTO events.
